Putting the new ju-ju on

My buddy Chris just recently purchased a new Gheenoe and wanted to slim her up. With the weather and tides looking fairly good the plan was set. After a few hiccups in the wee hours of the morning we were on our way with boat in tow. The day started off slow with a few tails off in the distance but no luck. I decided to make a move to an area I knew the fish would stage with the tide. After a few minutes of moving around we hit the mother loaded of tails. The mayhem begin shortly thereafter and the double and triple headers where none stop.

We ended the day with a few nice snook and two jumped tarpon by my buddy Chris and one leadered Poon by yours truly. Not a bad way to break in a new boat.
